Samsung Galaxy Note 6 could pack 8GB RAM

Samsung’s upcoming phablet, the Galaxy Note 6, could feature a whopping 8GB RAM.

The latest rumour comes from China and, alongside the 8GB RAM, the Galaxy Note 6 is tipped to pack a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 processor. This is rumoured to be similar to the Snapdragon 820 running on a higher clock.

It’s worth taking this rumour with a large helping of salt though; the rumour comes from an unverified Weibo user. The Galaxy Note 6 may not need 8GB of RAM and Samsung may even go down the road of using its own Exynos chipset for the phablet.

We’d wait for official word from Samsung before getting too excited about a phablet with 8GB RAM.

It’s our way of surviving and your way of supporting us! Thanks!
